About this Event
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Show – a professional all-day show in Cardiff City Stadium, 21st May 2020, aiming to promote positive mental health through open conversation, promoting awareness and sharing real-life experiences.
The show will include a selection of seminars focused on topics such as coping with mental illness, ways to promote positive mental health, and how to support people around you who are suffering with ill mental health. Alongside this is an exhibition with over 60 charities, organisations and companies promoting their helpful resources, services and initiatives designed to support positive mental health and wellbeing.
To enter the show on the day and browse the exhibition is free for all attendees, seminars will be at a small fee of £10 (early-bird rate).
This is a key date in the calendar for anyone with a personal illness or working in the Mental Health and industry – with a packed day of innovative seminars, advice, wellbeing activities and a supplies exhibition. The event will recognise and celebrate the challenges, successes and innovative developments that people with a Mental illness have to deal with on a daily basis.
Our ultimate goal is to drop the stigma, and promote products and services available to assist with mental illness around Wales and the UK.
