About this Seminar:
Families, fitness and Covid-19!
As we’ve all discovered, living in a global pandemic presents many daily challenges for families with young children. Joe Wicks became an overnight ’superstar’ with this PE with Joe sessions but were his sessions developmentally appropriate for all ages and abilities? Were families more physically active during lockdown? What did/does physical activity mean to you?
This evocative presentation will explore the latest evidence on families physical activity responses to Covid-19 and offer some guidance on what we can learn from this review in how best to support families with young children to engage in physical activity and movement play
