Following a series of successful online webinars, the MHW team have been working hard to develop a bigger online conference for our dedicated mental health professionals – and today we are officially launching the Talking Mental Health Conference!
Talking Mental Health will take place on Thursday 8th & Friday 9th October via Zoom conferencing software, and includes two packed days of real-life stories, mental health advice and strategies to deal with a variety of mental illnesses. The conference will celebrate World Mental Health Day, which takes place that week.
8th October – Adult Mental Health
9th October – Youth Mental Health
Tickets cost £20+vat for each individual day, or £30+vat for a bundle deal including both conference days.

Hope helps young people and employers (including schools, hospitals and businesses) to deal with the rising tide of mental health issues which affect one in four people and costs employers between £33 and £42 billion annually.
Youth Behaviour Expert Fin was the Head teacher of the Centre Academy from 1996 -2002, which was the first specialist school in the UK for students between the ages of 7-19 specialising issues related to ADHD, ASD and ODD.
He has written a number of books and published articles on the subject of ADHD, ODD and a range of Learning, Behaviour and Socialisation issues.
Comedian Lynn Ruth Miler started doing comedy on stage when she was 70 years old. She was dubbed the new Joan Rivers of Fringe Comedy at The Edinburgh International Fringe. Now 85, she made top 4 comedians in America’s Got Talent, 2008, won People’s Choice in 2009,Branson Comedy Festival, the finals in Bill Word’s Funniest Female Contest 2009 and semi-finals in the SF International Comedy Competition and Star of the Brighton Fringe Festival in 2009.
The Bipolar Businessman Thomas Duncan Bell is a truly inspiring mental health expert. Growing up in difficult circumstances, after the death of his brother and suffering from a form of Bipolar disorder, Thomas successfully turned his life around in order to help other people.
