Although 2020 hasn’t turned out quite like anybody expected, we hope all of our customers, readers and followers have some things to celebrate and be grateful for this Christmas period!
Our office will be closed from 18th December – 4th January to allow our staff to have a long and cheery Christmas break.
The team at the Mental Health & Wellbeing Show, part of the Ajuda Events Team, have had some great triumphs and happy moments we wanted to share with all of our lovely readers. This year has certainly been a difficult one for everyone, but we hope that by sharing our joyful moments, you may remember some of yours too!
We’ve had a busy 2020, including….
As with so many businesses this year, the team at Ajuda have had to overcome many challenges such as the temporary closure of our training center, and the postponement of our events.
It has been a difficult time but the team have all worked together to adapt our training rooms, ways of working and much more to ensure we continue to provide all of our great customers with the training they need.
You can see our socially-distanced classroom in the picture here.
Our Online Events
This year’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Show and Talking Mental Health Conference were unfortunately postponed, but the team kept up momentum by creating online versions of these events, along with free monthly webinars!
In 2021 we have Wellness and Wellbeing in January, Children’s Mental Health in February, Eating Disorders in March and Workplace Stress in April.

All Thanks to You!
Our webinars would not have been such a roaring success without every single speaker, sponsor, supporter and attendee being involved – so we want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who has continued to support us in such difficult times.
We can’t wait to provide lots more important training and learning opportunities to our customers and students very soon! Keep following our blog for more updates!
MHFA and YMHFA
This year our training courses for Mental Health First Aid and Youth MHFA have been extremely popular, and we are so proud that we have trained over 2,000 people to support those suffering with low mental health and illness.
Our new office member Kris.
2020 also saw us greet a new member of staff to the admin team at Ajuda, Kris Evans!
Kris has been an invaluable asset to our team in such a difficult time and keeps our training centre running. Let’s see what 2021 brings for our happy team!
A big thanks to Remploy
This year of mental health events would simply not have been possible without our dedicated supporters and Headline Sponsor, Remploy.
